GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The website www.human-highness.comand its sub-domains, as well as the online shop found on this website (the "Online Shop"), are operated by Human Highness co Taff Solutions GmbH, a legal entity incorporated in Switzerland with company registration number CH-020.4.080.145-7, located at Obere Wiltisgasse 52, 8700 Küsnacht, ZH, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "Human Highness"). The terms "we", "our", and "us" refer to Human Highness.
If you are under 18 years of age, you need permission from your legal guardian to place an order in the Online Shop. By using the Online Shop and/or placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions").
Human Highness reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after the revised General Terms and Conditions have been made available in the Online Shop.

ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASES

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price, and correct any input errors. Human Highness does not guarantee that all items in the Online Shop are in stock at the time of your order. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may no longer be available once you place your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible via the email address you provided.
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation and summary to your email address. The confirmation includes your order number, item details, and delivery information. Once the order is shipped, you will receive shipping information with tracking details from our courier via email.
Ensure you submit the correct billing and shipping address to avoid delivery delays. We do not accept delivery to post office boxes, army post office addresses, or similar addresses. We reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion.

PRICES

We reserve the right to change the prices of items in the Online Shop at any time without notice. Price changes do not apply to items already purchased. Human Highness reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if the price is incorrect. In such cases, we will notify you via email. If charged the wrong amount, you can place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order.
Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid as long as items are in stock or until the end date of the sale or campaign, as specified in each offer.

PAYMENT

We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro) and PayPal. Payments are processed by Shopify for secure transactions. Human Highness does not save your card details. All information is encrypted and sent to shopify via secure servers.
We reserve the right to check the validity of your payment method, its credit status, and whether your address data matches the payment data. Orders may be refused based on these checks.

DELIVERY

Our aim is to deliver your purchased items as quickly as possible. If items are in stock, delivery is typically 4-7 business days from the confirmation of your purchase. Delivery times may be longer during sales or public holidays. Human Highness is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Packages are sent with the more convenient shipping provider available at time of purchase , which delivers during business hours. Human Highness insures each package during transit until delivered. If your package is lost, contact us so we can initiate an investigation.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If you do not pick up your item at the service point, Human Highness will charge you for freight and return charges.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within one week (7) days from receipt. To cancel, contact us at shop@human-highness.com. Return items within twenty-eight (28) days of purchase. Refunds include the item price and delivery charges, made to the original payment method.

EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY

A delivery charge applies to all exchanges. However, orders over €500 qualify for free shipping. Please note that this does not cover any additional import charges imposed by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS
Contact us if you receive a faulty item. Report faults within one week (7 days) of discovery. If deemed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item within thirty (30) days.

CONTENT AND COLORS
We strive to display correct texts, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. Color accuracy depends on your device settings.

AVAILABILITY
The Online Shop is provided as is and may not always function satisfactorily.

INVALIDITY
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, other provisions remain in force.

FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, the contract may be terminated by Human Highness.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Contact our Customer Care Support if dissatisfied with your purchase. If unresolved, you may refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
